The purpose of implementing a quality management system for IMBERT MNIF is:
- To consistently meet the legal and regulatory requirements of our customers, partners, and related products;
- To measure and monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the company’s business processes;
- And to meet internal management needs.
This will allow us to consolidate our expertise and ensure the sustainability and progress of our company, as well as the success of all our employees.
In this context, the objectives of our quality policy can be summarized as follows:

To achieve this, the main pillars of this policy revolve around:
Ensuring product quality, particularly through mastering the organization’s processes and establishing partnerships with our clients to involve them in our quality approach.
Ensuring the quality of human resources through the continuous improvement of skills, individual and collective behaviors, and their alignment with and adherence to professional standards.
Management’s commitment to meeting applicable requirements and to the continuous improvement of the quality management system.
